Douglas Wilkinson, MCSE

Doug is the founder of ProTI and is currently responsible for every project ProTi is involved with. Doug's background has had him around cutting edge electronics for most of his life. He worked in radio stations as a teenager and worked on Porsches through college. Doug was one of the original owners of Innovative Electronics that eventually became Professional Technology Integration. Doug has designed and built networks all over the Northwest from 2 to 200 workstations. Doug believes strongly in network security, backup design and disaster recovery plans. Clients may be working with any of ProTI's engineers, but Doug is always involved.

Robert Brown

Robert is the General Manager of ProTI and responsible for the day to day operations of the company. Robert makes every decision with the client in mind. He honestly believes that the quality of service is what differentiates companies. Robert's background includes work with Tandy Corporation managing one of their early computer centers, and partial ownership of consumer electronics stores in California. Robert moved to Seattle to work in the cellular field as one of the original licensed agents for McCaw cellular and has worked with Doug on various projects over the last 14 years.

Aaron Roberts, MCSE

Aaron is our senior engineer specializing in wireless design and applications. His background with Advanced Radio Telecom and Terrabeam has provided experience with the latest technologies in broadband and it's applications. He has applied this knowledge to the solutions ProTI clients need for broadband access, secure VPN transmission, wireless connectivity and encrypted security. Aaron has traveled the country working with large enterprise networks and is very excited to be working locally with clients that value high quality services.

Will Hartley, MCSE

Will is ProTi's Lead Customer Service Engineer. Will works in ProTi's office and is available to provide immediate help desk support and warranty services. He has a background in corporate IT and is an expert in network mapping network documentation and HIPPA compliance issues. Will also participates in initial client consultations with the Business Development Group.

Dave Lemon, MCSA, MCSE

Dave is one of ProTi's network engineers responsible for the day to day care of client networks. His primary responsibility is existing network maintenance and optimization. Dave ensures that Proti's networks, hardware and software are running the most current version releases. Dave is also experienced with integration of network peripherals and interfacing with technical support from industry specific manufacturers.

Jeremy T. Hall, MCSA, MCSE

Jeremy is ProTI's lead engineer and supervises all field engineers. He spends most of his time working directly with clients in their office. Jeremy's experience includes work for Lariat Software providing the technical interface for large corporate clients. He managed projects from implementation to high level ongoing technical support. Jeremy brings this experience to ProTI clients with enthusiasm. He is an expert in good network hygiene: authentication, firewalls and antvirus software.

Jerri Harden, CPA

Jerri has over 20 years of computer and accounting experience and works with ProTI clients integrating a variety of accounting systems. She supports accounting software, charts of accounts, importing and exporting data, backup design and backup restoration. Jerri will also train your bookkeeper on any accounting software. She has extensive experience with Quickbooks, PeachTree, Great Plains and others. Jerri communicates very well and is a terrific liason to your CPA.

Mark Fromson

Mark is ProTi's Internet specialist. He is an expert in Web design, development, project management, online marketing and online scheduling. Mark has more than nine years of experience garnered at top interactive agencies in the US and Canada and has played roles in over 300 Web projects for more than 70 clients in multiple industry verticals. He has led multi-disciplinary Internet development teams of 25 personnel with project budgets up to 2 Million dollars, but is just as comfortable making small and medium size business Web sites that will suit your every need.
